AnUnknownObjectExceptionis thrown by methods of classes and interfaces in thejava.rmi.activationpackage when theActivationIDparameter to the method is determined to be invalid. AnActivationIDis invalid if it is not currently known by theActivationSystem. AnActivationIDis obtained by theActivationSystem.registerObjectmethod.
